In today's video I'll show you how to make Guyanese mango sour, aka known as a spicy mango sauce. This is eaten with a variety of Guyanese snacks, such as, Eggball, chicken ball, Fish ball, potato ball, cassava ball, Sal sev, plantain chips, cassava chips and some people also like to have it with dhal puri. Hope you enjoy this one.

Ingredients:
4 green mangoes
1 hot pepper
5 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
3 cups water
