Kewra water - 1/2 cup
Qorma Masala - 9 tbsp
Chilli Powder (Mirch masala) - 2 tbsp
Turmeric (Haldi) - 1 tbsp
Talhar mirch - 2 tbsp
Garlic powder (Lehsan powder) - 1 tbsp
Ginger powder (Adrak) - 1 tbsp
Green cardamom (Sabz Elaichi) - 8
Cinnamon (Dar Cheeni) - 2 stickes
Black cardamom (barii Elaichi) - 2
Cloves (Laung) - 8
Black pepper (Kali mirch) - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Citric acid (Tatri) - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg (Jaifal) - 1/2 tsp
Mace (Javitri) - 1/3 tsp
Green cardamom (Choti Elaichi) - 10 to 12
Cloves (Laung) -12 to 15
Black pepper (Kali mirch) - 1 tbsp
👩🍳 TAFTAN
Flour (Maida) - 1 kg
Milk - 250 ml
Milk Powder - 1 cup
Yeast (Khameer) - 2 tbsp
Sugar (Cheeni) - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Eggs (Anday) - 2
Desi ghee - 1/3 cup
Warm water (Garam Pani) - 250 ml
Desi ghee to brush - 1/2 cup
