Crock-Pot Cacciatore Chicken:
I just threw in rotisserie chicken, peppers and onions, capers, artichoke hearts, 1 can of tomato puree, 1 cup of water, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. I let it cool for 4 hours on low. Added fresh chopped spinach at the last half hour and served over pasta.
