It's homebrew time again! Check out this all grain kit.

This time we picked up a Hefe Weiss Kit, which is an Erdinger clone recipe from The Malt Miller.

Absolutely blown away with this one. It actually becomes the highest scoring beer that we've ever done. It'll be difficult to top this one, but that won't let us stop trying.

In 1886, the beer we know today as Erdinger was founded by Johanne Kienle and was produced in the Weisse Bräuhaus in Erding. The brewery was later bought out in 1930 by Malt factory F.W. Otto, and later was sold to the managing director at the time, Franz Brombach in the year 1935.

Ours on the other hand was made in our back garden, cost a fraction of the price, and tasted pretty much spot on. Please do yourselves a favour and pick up one of these kits!
