Photorelay on КР142ЕН12 microchip. Circuit technology.Microchip of КР142ЕН12 line represents an adjustable voltage stabilizer which provides devices with power to the extent of 1.5A within the voltage range from 1.2V to 37V.The output voltage rate depends on the gate terminal voltage. The presented circuit with usage of КР142ЕН12 stabilizer is a circuit of a simple relay which working load is conventional electric bulb EL1.Sensitive phototransistor, which allows maximal collector-to-emitter voltage up to 30V and maximal dissipated power up to 100 mW, functions as photodetector.Operating principle of the device. When the phototransistor is lit, its resistance is very low, commutator voltage mass ratio does not exceed 0.4V, and the microchip output voltage is almost 1.5V.In this case, electric bulb light is hardly seen. If we cover the phototransistor lens with light-tight cap, then current, flowing through it, will deflate and the gate terminal voltage of the microchip will increase. The gate terminal voltage of the microchip will depend on the resistance rating of resistors R1 and R2. Also, you should do this in case if the light-activated stabilizer is adjusted to higher output voltage.
