🌟INGREDIENTS 🌟:-
◽ 300 g all purpose flour (11-13% protein)
◽125 g lukewarm water
◽3 g active dry yeast
◽ 45 g softened vegan butter
◽ 100 g mashed potato
◽2 tbsp sugar
◽ 1 tsp (5 g) salt

To brush:-
◽1 tbsp vegan butter
◽1 tbsp maple syrup

INSTITUTIONS ✨:-
⠀
❶ Peel, chop and cook the potatoes. Mash with a fork and set aside to cool. You can also use leftover mashed potatoes!
❷ Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
❸ Knead very well for 8-10 minutes until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
❹ Cover and let it rest for about 90 minutes until risen by about 50-90% in size.
❺ Deflate the dough, cut into 6 pieces and shape each piece into a tight ball. Cover and let them rest for 45-60 minutes.
❻ Brush the buns with some softened vegan butter and maple syrup.
❼ Bake in the preheated oven at 210°C for 15-20 minutes until deep golden brown.
