There's two opportunities to spare this android, but after Zlatko comes looking for Kara and Alice, there seems to be a bug where it doesn't physically give you an option to spare him after he alerts Zlatko.

The way you spare him is you have to fail the QTEs for pulling his heart out AND for opening the door. So, first quickly press R1 to fail the QTE for the android, then walk over to the door and don't complete the rotation. You'll then unlock the "spare" option in your flowchart.
