Honey wake up it's time for another OVERPOWERED 30 MIN BUILD GUIDE. Haha joking! Welcome to another Morgana Evelyn episode where Mommy Milkers and her adorable girlfriend Shadowheart chain lightning, lightning bolt and call lightning their way through act 3 end game bosses as a Temp Sorc.

6 Blue Draconic Sorcerer
6 Tempest Cleric
Armor: Robe of the Weave
Gloves: Dexterity
Weapon: Markoheshkir (lightning)
Shield: Ketheric
Amulet: Devout

STR 8
DEX 8 [18 via gloves]
CON 15 [+1 ASI]
INT 8
WIS 15+2 [+1 Hair ]
CHA 15+1 [+1 Patriar, +1 ASI, +2 Mirror]

This is my gameplay loop that makes the build work as you see in the video.

I use Kereska's Favour and select the lightning one. This gives me Chain Lightning
Keep this in mind.
I use Elixir of Vigilance to go first.
I create sorcery points sacrificing my level 1,2 & 4 spell slots to give me enough to twin cast and quicken during battle.
Before battle I twincast haste or drink speed potions, invis then initiate combat.

During combat:
Blackhole to group
Create water (wet debuff to apply vulnerable to lightning)
Twin cast chain lightning or use freecast lightning bolt
Quicken lightning bolt if necessary
