The suspect accused of killing four University of Idaho students in November 2022 is making a second attempt at getting the charges thrown out.
Bryan Kohberger, 29, is charged with four counts of murder and one count of burglary in connection with the stabbing deaths of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.
Kohberger tried to get the charges thrown out before, and he’s asking again to have the indictment dismissed, claiming there was improper conduct during the grand jury proceedings.
