In this video I cover a recent brief filed by 26 state to the Supreme Court supporting the position that the New York state carry permit law be struck down. The NYSRPA v. Corlett Supreme Court Second Amendment case will address New York's concealed carry permit laws. This Second Amendment case could have major implication nation wide on concealed carry laws as well as other Second Amendment issue.
