During the pandemic I spent loads of time in toy shops buying things to keep my daughter entertained and I always noticed these Candylocks Dolls. The hair literally looks like felting wool so I always wanted to try crafting with it. I finally got round to buying a few and was pleasantly surprised by the result! As suspected, the hair really is wool and it's even attached in the "ropes" that typical needle felt wool is sold in. In terms of price, these are very similar to felting wool if you happen to get them on sale (I got these dolls for about €4). You also get more colours so it's very convenient if you just want to make a few small pieces.
