Essentially, you’re paying over double the price for a longer battery, a slightly larger sensor (yes, Hassleblad), and higher frame rates. As far as “bang for your buck” the Air 2S has more than enough resolution and color space dollar for dollar. The Air 2S is also very small and can fit easily in a backpack with a DSLR, 3 lenses, and a laptop for a carry on for travel.
If you have the extra money, the Mavic 3 does offer a lot of new exciting features, but you are definitely having to pay a significant amount more for mostly nominal upgrades outside of battery life and adjustable aperture.
