This is Seattle area’s first 5-star Built Green certified backyard cottage. Anna and Donovan Watt had planned to build a studio rental in the backyard of their home just outside Seattle. Their builder, Sean Conta, showed the Watts that they could build a 700-square-foot, two-bedroom cottage.
