In another one of my "make it yourself" videos, I show just how easy it is to make almond milk. Not only does it cost about half of what store-bought almond milk costs, it tastes much better. Additionally, one of the byproducts of making your own nut milk is that the pulp can be used to make your own flour.
While I make blanched almond milk and flour in this video, if you prefer a nuttier taste (or don't want to bother with blanching your almonds), you can just soak/sprout regular, skin-on almonds.
I don't have a recipe link, as this is pretty straightforward. In terms of macros, a 1 cup (237mL) serving has 1g total carbs, 1g net carbs, 3g fat, 1g protein and 30 calories.
