1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 big Tomato, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 Red Chillies
1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
Recipe 2: Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
2 medium Carrot, chopped
100 grams Green Peas
2 medium Potato, chopped
Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
