If we are being perfectly honest, zucchini noodles are soggy, watery, and dare I say we can throw frozen zucchini noodles in the trash. But I have a simple solution.
We CAN and SHOULD get rid of frozen zucchini noodles, but I am here today to make the best zucchini noodle recipes perfect for the keto diet. It was time to take zucchini noodles to the drawing board.
Since I threw away my frozen zucchini noodles and do not own a spiralizer, I am making zucchini noodles without spiralizers and am focused on how to cook fresh zoodles. Next, I had to master how to make zoodles not watery and how to make zucchini noodles not soggy. Finally, it was time to make tasty zucchini noodles.
While it took a few tries in the kitchen on how to cook zucchini noodles, I feel I mastered the best way to cook zucchini noodles.

Air Fryer Zucchini Noodles:
Fresh zucchini noodles (purchased in produce section)
Almond flour
Eggs
Pork rinds, crushed
Line air fryer with an air fryer liner. Spray with non stick cooking spray.
Line bowls of almond flour, eggs, and crushed pork rinds.
Dip zucchini noodles in almond flour, eggs, and pork rinds.
Place noodles in Air Fryer Basket.
Cook at 360 for 10-15 minutes.
