When to use I and when to use ME in sentences.
This video explains the rule of when to use I and when to use ME in sentences.
"I" and "me" are both words we use when we're talking about yourselves, but each one is used in a different situation. Both are first-person personal pronouns that let us talk about ourselves without using our names. "I" and "me" have the same definitions, but they are in a different grammatical case.
I - is the subject. I does the action.
ME - is the object. Me receives the action.
For example:
I smiled at Kevin - in this sentence I smiled, meaning "I" doing the action.
Kevin smiled at me - in this sentence it's "me" because "me" receives the action.
"I" is the subject and always does the action, and "me" is the object and always receives the action.
Subject pronouns:
I, you, he, she, it, we, they
Object pronouns:
me, you, him, her, it, us, them
Possessive pronouns:
