Sports injuries are really tough, and one thing that many athletes struggle with is their fear of re-injury as they go through physical therapy. Some athletes show signs of PTSD, and more research is confirming this trend. But, how can a player get through this? What can they do if they're depressed after an injury? Having been through two major surgeries myself, these are some of my insights.
