3 chicken leg quarters
cooking oil, for frying
For the marinade:
6 tablespoons Datu Puti Patis
1/4 cup calamansi juice
For the poaching liquid
4 cloves garlic
1 onion, quartered
3 bay leaves
cracked black pepper
salt
water
For the dipping sauce:
3 tablespoons Jufran Banana Ketchup
2 tablespoons Old English Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoons Jufran Hot Sauce
sweet potato fries, to serve
