Keema Biryani Recipe:
3 tablespoons oil
5 cardamoms
4 cloves
2 bay leaves
½ cinnamon stick
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
1 diced onion
4 tablespoon garlic/ginger paste
1 pound ground meat of choice (I used beef)
2 green chili, minced
3 teaspoons coriander powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon cayenne
2 diced tomatoes
1.5 cups rice
1 cup water
