Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so its important what you eat. Overnight oats are a healthy option made in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- raspberries
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 1tsp honey
- 1 cup oats
- flaked almonds
- 1tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
Method:
1. Crush raspberries with chai seeds and honey
2. Place oats in a jar followed by raspberry mix, yogurt and milk
3. Leave oats for 4 hours or overnight
