This week's video is from a long time past trip to the Czech Republic, or Czechia. This time we travel with friends and we first go sightseeing in Prague. We see the old town square with the famous Astronomical Clock Tower, before having some warm street-food and heading (on foot) to the medieval stone arch bridge Karluv Most (Charles Bridge), and cross to the other side where we ascend the stairs to the Prague Castle, a complex of palaces and chapels. From there we also get a breathtaking bird's eye view of the city.
The follwoing day we all take a public bus southward to the magic town Cesky Krumlov, located in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. Its historic centre, centred around the Český Krumlov Castle, has been a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992 and was given this status along with the historic Prague castle district:

It's a cold day as we explore the town and the castle, but the snow and crisp air just adds to the charm of this lovely town, not far from the Austrian border.
