Baghdad Operations Command held a meeting with the participation of a delegation from the Jawadayn holy shrine, a number of representatives of the security services, service agencies and officials of the processions, Mawakib, in Karkh and Rusafa.
The meeting reviewed the most important security preparations within the division of responsibility, and discussed a number of organizational matters for the Husseini processions and the mechanism that organizes the entry of processions that will serve the pilgrims.
The meeting stressed the need for concerted efforts and high coordination between the security forces, services units and the Husseini processions to strengthen cooperation and communication in order to maintain the security and safety of all pilgrims while performing religious rituals and ceremonies.
