Collecting seeds from pine cones is faster and easier than I ever thought. With a few handfuls of cones, and 3 days time, I now have 450 seeds that I can germinate. Through this process I came to realize the best type of pine cone to pick that will yield the most seeds. I always wondered how to open a pine cone and now that I know it's very simple.
