The following videos are intended for clients and patients of the Pet Emergency & Specialty Center. These techniques are only to be used by our clients after they have been instructed to do so by one of our veterinarians. Many of following techniques can be extremely dangerous if used incorrectly and can have very serious consequences if done without veterinary supervision. Additionally, dogs and cats can bite and scratch and cause serious injury if these are done incorrectly. If you are a PESC client that has been directed to use one of the following techniques by one of our veterinarians, but you are not sure if your pet will tolerate it or are concerned at all that your pet may bite or scratch you, do not attempt the procedure and call your veterinarian or the PESC.
