FOR THE SEASONING

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp dry mustard

FOR THE PIE CRUST

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 sticks salted butter (or unsalted + 1/2 tsp salt)
7 or more tbsp ice water
