SouthDown Farms is a small farm in the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. They grow vegetables, flowers and herbs; raise chickens, turkeys and bees; tap maple sap and evaporate it into syrup; and grow, dry, and grind stone ground cornmeal.
