This tutorial shows how to add in a custom bridge model with a Road Material assigned to it to let the sim road traffic to flow across the custom model. It is very hit and miss on when it works though and I don't fully understand how Microsoft Flight Sim handles the road traffic, its not as straight forward as just assigning the road material to an object.
