Ube & Pandan Puto with Cheese is a simple and delicious Filipino steamed cake. I made two version of this puto recipe. I used Pandan and ube flavoring which adds vibrant color to the steamed cake.

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup powdered milk
50g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup water
