This video is about Delisting and Relisting of shares . Brief note about the content of the video :-
Delisting refers to the permanent removal of shares of the company from being listed on stock exchange. It happens because of non-compliance of rules and regulations and listing agreement.
It is of 2 types- Compulsory and Voluntary Delisting.
Relisting is the process of again listing the shares back on stock exchange after getting de-listed, after a specified period of time. In compulsory delisting, after 10 years and In voluntary delisting after 5 years of being de-listed.
