October 21 was the seventh day of hearings for the Public Order Emergency Commission, also known as the Rouleau Commission. This is the long anticipated public inquiry into the federal government’s first ever invocation of the Emergencies Act in response to the 2022 Freedom Convoy. In this video, I summarize what happened on the seventh day of hearings.
On day 7 of the hearings, the commission heard from the following 2 witnesses:
• Craig Abrams (Ontario Provincial Police - OPP)
• Carson Pardy (Ontario Provincial Police - OPP)
