Overseen by renowned French director Thomas Jolly, known for exploring LGBTQ themes in his work, these events promise to be memorable. Jolly, who lives with his boyfriend, shared insights about the opening and closing ceremonies in a recent Vogue Magazine interview. The opening parade on July 26 will be held on the River Seine, while the closing ceremony, titled “Records,” will take place at the Stade de France on August 11. Rumors suggest Lady Gaga might perform. Jolly, 42, has dedicated 18 months to these preparations.
