How to use motion detection with an Amazon Echo

I have been trying to create Amazon routines to prevent the need to speak and press buttons! It was during this I learnt that every single Amazon Echo in my house not only has a temperature sensor but also a motion sensor!! Thats right, via the use of ultrasound technology, the Echo knows if someone is in the room or not which means making routines got a whole lot better!
