A recent article by WalletHub ranked real estate markets throughout the country. Peoria was ranked dead LAST. Definitely interesting to see how they arrived at this conclusion. which is laughable. The good thing is, the real estate market in Peoria, IL is pretty insulated and you don't see the crazy highs or lows, like what happens in some of the areas that are ranked in the top by the aforementioned article.
