I love the Grand Canyon. Most trail runners wait for peak conditions in October for the quest of completing R2R2R. Since I've already accomplished this feat, I enjoy getting the canyon in the off months during the winter. So, I decided to make a video this time and share the experience of what it's like being in the Grand Canyon on a trail running journey in January.
