If you have been keeping track of all the changes and "improvements" that Microsoft has been putting out with each new release of Windows 11, you might have noticed that some are rather pointless. If you have a PC on the Insider Channel, then you would have seen even more of these new changes. One thing that came out recently in was a new taskbar search icon or shortcut. This new icon takes up 3 times the space of the old one and does the exact same thing. Fortunately you can disable it in the taskbar settings.
