Jack Walters is a private detective, who is called out at night to meet the Leader of a mysterious Cult. When he is about to meet the man, all hell breaks loose and Jack finds himself in a situation which will take him into the deepest abyss of madness...

"Call of Cthulhu : Dark Corners of the Earth" was released in 2005 (2006 for PC) and is one of the most beloved horror games of all-time. The game was developed by Headfirst Productions and thanks to countless development delays, the company went bankrup shortly after the game's release. Today it's considered a classic, which inspired the modern Stealth based horror games. The protagonist is completely helpless in the beginning and has to hide and run away from enemies, which are some of the scariest sequences ever created in a game. The protagonist will find weapons later, which change the game into a shooter, but there's never enough ammo to kill everything. The sanity meter can force Jack to commit suicide, so it's important to watch over his sanity.
The game was groundbreaking and belongs in every good horror collection !
Sadly the game doesn't run well with modern machines, so you will notice lots of graphical errors (f.ex it's completely impossible to read any letters in the game) thanks to whom I won't be able to present the whole story this time.
