My ginger beer routine.
Starting and replenishing ratio:
1 Cup water
1/4 Cup ginger
1/4 Cup sugar
FEEDING
If daily:
1 teaspoon (yes I said tablespoon in the video) ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
If weekly(ish) in the fridge:
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
