About Raelle
"Its not just words on a page or notes being played, it's all about feelings” is what South London soul singer Raelle says about music. Inspired by an eclectic mix of artists from Isaac Hayes to Beach House and Janis Joplin to Cleo Sol, her lyrics transport you into her world and her vocal harmony arrangements wash over you fully encapsulating you into her world of classic soul. Although still a newcomer, she has garnered support from BBC 1xtra DJs such as Jamz Supernova and DJ Target, and BBC introducing. She has performed at notable venues such as The Jazz Café London, opening for The Real Thing, and festivals across the country. She was tipped for being on CLASHs next wave of artists as well as being supported by other notable outlets such as DUMMY Mag, and LinkUpTV. Her EP Wake up Sunshine, which was released independently, premiered on WORDPLAY mag as well as tracks being placed on Spotify editorial playlist.
