Takoyaki 🐙 or Japanese octopus balls are an iconic Japanese snack or street food that is filled with octopus chunks, other various ingredients, and topped with sauces and toppings full of umami flavor! Although it's usually associated as a food eaten outside on the street, it's actually very easy to make at home. It's also a fun activity for the whole family or with friends. While I was at home in North Carolina, my family decided to have a takoyaki day! The takoyaki recipe I will be sharing today includes no octopus because I'm allergic!
