Hallmark's Love Takes Flight tells the story about how love in any shape and form can help rekindle our passion for life and heal any wounds it has left behind. Dr. Lizzie (portrayed by the one and only Nikki DeLoach) was able to embrace her feelings for Charley (portrayed by Jeff Hephner) and allow herself to look at life from another perspective. The unusual friendship between Charley's father, Walter, grieving from his wife's death and Dr. Lizzie's daughter, Quinn has helped him learn to move on and continue living life to the fullest.
The movie is powerful, sweet and romantic. The stories running in parallel, at the end, all come to one conclusion: love heals. Another cool thing about the movie is how they used the theme song Heart and Soul from the movie Big. Can't get any better than this.
