DOST Undersecretary Rowena Guevara explained that the process for conducting a clinical trial for Russian-developed vaccine Sputnik V involves getting a confidentiality data agreement signed and a review of Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials by our vaccine expert panel.
The result of the said evaluation will be the basis of the Gamaleya company to apply for FDA's permission to do the trial and undertake the Phase 3 clinical trial in the Philippines.
