Ingredients
1 cup Black Gram
1 cup Chickpea
1 cup Soy Bean
Salt to taste
Red Chillie Powder
Chaat Masala / Raw Mango Powder
Lemon Juice
Green Chillies
Fresh Coriander
Instructions
Soak all beans separately over night or together, your choice.
Pressure cook the beans with water for 2-3 whistles.
Remove the boiled beans to a board and spread evenly.
Cover them with a cloth and press with a stainless steel plate to flatten them out.
Roast beans until crunchy.
Cool and store in an air tight container.
To make chaat, addoniins, tomatoes, green chillies, all the above mentioned spices, lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve.
