In this video we introduce a half-day program that allows visitors to fully experience the traditional brewing culture of Japanese sake and soy sauce breweries.
Entering the breweries that are usually closed to the public, visitors can enjoy witnessing the brewing process firsthand, seeing techniques that have been inherited from long ago, as well as enjoy the deep world of sake and soy sauce breweries, which have approximately 400 years of history.
