This was a trip I took back in Dec.of 2022 to look at buying some off grid property. This trip took us off to Saint John's, AZ to Apache County. My friend Ian ended up purchasing 37 acres. This off-grid property is amazing. I can't wait to spend a summer hanging out. This property sits at an elevation of 6300 Ft. Should have pretty amazing summers!!
