Just days before Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan appears before the state capture commission, a SAFTU- affiliated union claims to be in possession of evidence that implicates him in corruption.
The Academic and Professional Staff Association plans to take the evidence to the State Capture Inquiry.
The allegations relate to a tender awarded while Gordhan was Sars commissioner.
But, the timing of the latest revelation is being questioned. eNCA's Govan Whittles reports.
