METHOD :
HEAT THE WOK PUT A LITTLE BIT OF OIL
PUT THE CHOP GARLIC STIR FRY TILL FRAGRANT PUT THE DRIED SCALLOPS LOW THE FIRE (BECAUSE THE SCALLOPS MAY JUMP OVER🤭)FRY IT FOR ATLEAST 5 MINS THEN PUT THE TICKENING SAUCE (WATER ,OYSTER SAUCE AND CORN STARCH ) FRY IT TILL STICKY THEN THE TOU MIU STIR FRY FOR 5 MINS SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR THEN SERVED 😊
