He coached them to memorable victories, such as a win over the New York Giants in his debut, a 63-21 annihilation of the Los Angeles Chargers, and a huge win on Christmas over the Kansas City Chiefs.

On top of that, Pierce brings fear and respect back to an iconic franchise that has been down for too long.
