So, in this video, I have shown you how to make a delicious and fancy Avocado Chocolate Mousse.it is a rich dessert to eat and a fancy dessert to serve your guests. It is very easy to make with avocado there are 3 different options you could use 1) By using Gelatin 2) By using Agar Agar and 3) by beating1 egg white in a hand mixer until stiff peaks (Which is, it should stand up stiff). This won’t be so thick as the mousse made with cream but it is affordable as the ingredients are easily available and are inexpensive. If you want you could use cream also.
