Nicole de Paula, first Klaus Töpfer Sustainability Fellow at the IASS, has founded the group "Women Leaders for Planetary Health" together with other female scientists. Their goal is to bridge the inequality gap that still exists related to women leadership roles, while demonstrating the benefits of gender equality for environmental and public health solutions. Fair gender relations can lead to a cleaner environment, healthier lives and peace.
